Things to Buy: Freshly-Made Biko

Have a taste of a still hot freshly-made biko with latik (sweet sticky rice topped with fried coconut milk curd). A delicious snack or meal, if you want to. Sold anywhere from homes, restaurants, bakeries and some are peddled around town by vendors. One of the best I've tasted is the one made near Dahican Beach. At 5pesos, a cheap and delicious snack for everybody.
